3. Orders and Customization
Orders require detailed measurements and preferences to ensure a tailored fit.
For customized orders, consultations may be required for design, fabric selection, and embellishment details.
Once the design is finalized, no changes can be made to the order.
4. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required at the time of order confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or shipment.
Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
For international orders, payments must be completed in full before production begins.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on the complexity of the design.
Shipping charges are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
Nadia J Collection is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as customs or courier services.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
In case of manufacturing defects, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product for resolution.
7. Care Instructions
Luxury dresses require professional cleaning and storage. Nadia J Collection is not liable for damages caused by improper care.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, including embroidery patterns and embellishment styles, are the intellectual property of Nadia J Collection. Duplication or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. Liability
Nadia J Collection is not responsible for discrepancies arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Customers are encouraged to provide accurate details and attend fittings if possible.
10. Amendments to Terms
Nadia J Collection reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes before their orders are processed.
